Parish Nurse Ministry
Sonlight's Health Ministry's mission...
to promote health and wholeness within the Sonlight congregation and community by addressing physical, emotional, spiritual needs through prayer, health education, advocacy and counseling. Your Parish Nurses also act as liaisons, connecting members to community resources, and are available to anyone wishing to discuss health concerns. Monthly blood pressure screenings are held on the first Sunday of each month in Room 122. Periodic health classes will be scheduled. See the health bulletin board, weekly bulletin, or online calendar for dates. Pertinent health information can also be found on the Health Ministry bulletin board. A lending closet of health equipment, such as crutches, wheelchairs, and various other equipment, is available to anyone with need for these things.

Parish Nurses will have "office hours" each Sunday, mingling in the foyer, between the morning services when there are two services or after the service when there is only one.
