Youth Ministries

Here at Sonlight we have a twofold approach to our youth ministries. First we desire to provide a place where our youth can grow a stronger connection to God, their families, the church and other Christian youth. Secondly we want to reach into our community and share the love of God in a way that will help other students discover a relationship with the Lord.

Junior High

Club 6 7 8 meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday nights throughout the school year. This is a great opportunity to meet other junior high students and have some fun. We do some serious stuff as well. Come check it out.

Senior High

Our target is YOU if you are in high school. This dynamic program focuses on ministry, evangelism, fellowship (that's fun and games) and discipleship. Did I mention we have - FUN! It'll be even more FUN IF YOU'RE here. So come on out and join us.

We meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m. & every Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m.

Youth Sunday School - OOPS, that's Sunday School if you know what I mean.

Classes are offered for both Junior and Senior High students and aim to provide our youth with exciting and active learning opportunities in which they can grow their relationship with God and one another.

7th & 8th Grades meet each Sunday morning at the 9:00 AM service. Head into the sanctuary and worship with your parents & friends, then, just before the sermon, head to your classrooms for a youth specific study and fellowship time! High School "Sunday School" happens Sunday NIGHT! That's right, hang with the parents, worship and learn Sunday morning in the main sanctuary, then come Sunday night for "The Upper Room", where we will continue our worship and prayer time and study God's word while deepening our relationships with each other as well.
