Mike Slofstra (aka "Sloffee") has been serving youth in
Whatcom County for the past 5 years. He is excited about seeing students
REACH non believers, CONNECT with others, GROW in their faith, DISCOVER
their Ministry, and HONOR God. Before his time at Sonlight he earned
education based degrees (through Trinity Western University and the
University of British Columbia) while serving with Campus Crusade for
Christ, Canada. When he is not hanging out with the youth, he enjoys slam
dunk shots, graphic design, and making stuff out of wood. He and his wife
Bethany have two children, Joshua and Caleb.
